Wow, hello everybody (approximately 3 people and a cat will probably see this website as it launches. But hopefully we can change that!
First of all, yes, that's my real name. Second of all, no, I don't know why.
So I'm a voice actor. But an absolute beginner. No home studio (yet), no agent (yet) and no reels (yet!) . In December I will be recording my Commercial and Video Game reels with the excellent Peter Warnock of The Voice Zone , and once that is done I will upload it to here and begin shamelessly trying to sell myself to the right agency, if one exists!
My goal, honestly, is to make voice acting my number one source of income. For years I've done strange odd jobs to support my creative joys, and after six years as the lead singer of a band called Smiley & The Underclass, I am hoping that voice acting will be my route out of London and into a colourful world of characters and creation. It surely won't be easy, but nothing worth it ever is.
So hopefully you'll join me. I'll use this Blog to keep you updated on my efforts to build a home studio (or as best as one can in London rented accommodation) as well as news regarding jobs, music and writing.
